ide8 ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data-protection law. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and the tasks and content you create in the product.
• Contact data you submit through our forms.
• Usage data: how you interact with the product and site, via cookies (with consent for non-essential ones).

Legal basis

• Providing the service — performance of a contract.
• Product analytics and improvement — consent / legitimate interest.
• Legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

Storage & retention

Data is stored on EU-based infrastructure (Amsterdam and Frankfurt). We retain account data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of account closure, unless the law requires otherwise.

Sharing & transfers

We never sell your data. We use vetted processors (hosting, email, analytics) under data-processing agreements. Any transfer outside the EEA relies on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing of your data. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
