These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ide8 website and application. By using ide8, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use ide8, or have appropriate consent.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no reverse-engineering, and no use that disrupts the service for others.
You own the content you create in ide8. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and display it to you and the people you share it with.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features over time; material changes will be communicated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ide8 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Amsterdam courts.
